Roles currently hiring.
Provide direct, hands-on personal care to residents — bathing, grooming, mobility support, vital sign monitoring, and the daily routines that anchor a person's day. Active CNA or HHA certification required.
Lead clinical care for our residents — assessments, medication setup, care plan development, and clinical oversight of the care team. Active Minnesota RN license required.
Keep our residence clean, welcoming, and home-like. Daily cleaning, laundry, and light maintenance in resident rooms and common areas. Attention to detail and respect for resident privacy required.
Run day-to-day operations of the residence — staff scheduling, resident & family communication, vendor coordination, and the steady hand that keeps everything running smoothly. Prior assisted living or senior care leadership experience required.
